Can I include batteries and accessories?
Not necessarily. However, including batteries, controllers, chargers, and other accessories may increase your drone's trade-in value.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
In most cases, you'll receive your trade-in offer within 1–2 business days.
Can I receive cash instead of a trade-in discount?
Unfortunately, no. The trade-in value can only be applied as a discount toward the purchase of a new drone.
Is the drone valuation free?
Yes. The valuation is completely free of charge.
Do you accept drones that have been involved in an accident?
Yes. However, you'll need to provide photos of the damage and information about the drone's condition so we can assess its trade-in value.
Do you accept drones from other manufacturers?
No. We only accept DJI Agras drones that were originally purchased from us.
Can I trade in my old drone for a more powerful model?
Yes. In fact, that's what most of our customers do—they trade in their current drone and upgrade to a newer, more powerful DJI Agras model.
I don't know the market value of my drone. Is it still worth submitting the form?
Absolutely. Many of our customers don't know the value of their drone before contacting us. We'll evaluate your equipment free of charge and provide a no-obligation trade-in offer.
Does it matter how many hectares the drone has covered?
Yes. This information helps us assess the drone's overall condition more accurately.
